Über die Stelle
Deine Aufgaben
- Du erstellst und veröffentlichst Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook, Reddit sowie zukünftig TikTok)
- Du entwickelst kreative Ideen, neue Formate und produzierst Grafiken, Reels und kurze Videos
- Du unterstützt das Community Management und behältst Social-Media-Trends und Plattform-Entwicklungen im Blick
- Du recherchierst Markt- und Technologietrends und bringst frische Impulse ins Team
Dein Profil
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media und Content Creation
- Sehr gutes Gespür für Social-Media-Trends, Storytelling und digitale Kommunikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit Canva sowie grafisches Feingefühl und ein gutes Auge für Design, Layout und Bildsprache
- Kreativität gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, da der Großteil des Contents für eine europaweite Zielgruppe auf Englisch erstellt wird
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an FinTech und innovativen Zahlungsmethoden sowie eine Pro-Europäische Haltung
Nice to have
- Erfahrung mit Figma, Adobe Photoshop oder Kurzvideoformaten (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
- Kenntnisse von Social-Media-Analyse- und Planungstools
- Erfahrung mit AI-Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo o.ä.)
- Erfahrung mit Reddit und Community-Plattformen
